InfoL!ne provides information & referrals for government, library and community services. InfoL!ne works with citizens to ensure that requests for services and public concerns are handled quickly and efficiently.
A countywide call center, "Hillsborough County InfoL!ne 272-5900," is open seven days a week.
InfoL!ne receives more than 145,000 citizen requests for county services via telephone, fax and e-mail; handles complaints quickly and courteously; and disseminates accurate information and appropriate referrals to community social service and health agencies and county offices.
